I bought this to do summer school work because I am a teacher and the price was pretty good. It does what I need it to do. However, I do travel and it is bigger than my last laptop which takes up more space when I pack. Not bad though.

Came fast and is a good computer for my 3d Printing business.

This is an exceptional product. The set was easy and adding the software went smooth.

This computer is exactly what I was looking for. The only concern I have is I am not totally sure how to connect a second screen.

I purchased this laptop on 3/22/26. On day 19 of having this, the hard drive crashed Took it to Best Buy (I ordered online thru Best Buy) and this is where they told me that even tho I bought it thru Best Buy this was from a 3rd party seller They said if I wanted a refund I would have to contact them. Well guess what they only respond to email and they only give a 14 day warranty and said to take it to Best Buy Took it back to Best Buy and the Geek people sent it off and they fixed it But now I find out that the HP I bought was probably used because when they key in my serial number it shows it was purchased in 2025 a year ago They told me I’d have to dispute it HP to see it I can at least get a year warranty out of it because it’s now expired So lesson learned people if you order something from Best Buy check to see if it’s sold and shipped by Best Buy before you buy They used 3rd party companies that are not worth their value and you get used broke equipment Thanks to the Geeks

My fault for trying to save some money. It is slow sometimes video quality blurry as it buffers. Can't adjust the brightness automatically. Need to go to setting everytime, unless bedtime mode. Some weird reason touchpad randomly stops working. Lots of little things I miss trying to save a few dollars on this one. Will upgrade next time.

I have had this laptop for a few months now and I really enjoy it. The colors looked "yellow" at first, but either my eyes have adjusted or it's gone away.

Great laptop, does everything that I need it to do and more. I like the increased size. Especially the keyboard, is really helpful. My sales rep was very helpful in narrowing down my needs.

It’s a good laptop, it is very useful and easy to use. I use it to work everyday remotely so I think the battery is not as good since I use it everyday all day. I still think it’s a pretty good laptop.
