Fast clear screen size great best buy staff was great

I have only had a short time. But using Ryzen has been a little hard to get use to after using intel. The verdict is still out.

Good laptop for the price. The only con I've found so far is the USB-C doesn't support an external monitor.

JUNK!! Had this laptop for only 2 months. Hard Disk failed. BestBuy giving me a whole bunch of crap on how I need pay extra money to get it diagnosed when I actually bought an additional 1 year extended warranty. Closing the bestbuy account.

It’s great for the price. I’m a full time student and have had no issues so far. Battery life is not that great though, keep charger on hand.

Happy and love this laptop with all of the features. Easy to install items that I needed. I already have recommended the laptop to several people.

Setup was very easy. It was up and operational within approximately an hour. I'm very happy with it all.

Returning this product. Will override all settings and activate shutdown within three minutes. Unable to override setting. Also lacks many operational programs. Basically most updates to get computer running purchase. Most device drivers require update but computer is not operation due to automatic shut down th save energy.

HP only provides manuals online for the product!! This ignores possibility that the purchaser has a need for a product Manual to use the product!!!

I like my new computer but I am still getting use to all the difference from my Windows 10. The Best Buy people are very helpful.

Owned this HP laptop for just over 3 months. Since the beginning the computer ran hot, would freeze the screen any time you'd do anything, and the speakers constantly poppped/crackled. I chalked it up to Windows 11 and it's update. Turns out the charging cable it came with was bad and any time the laptop was plugged in it would have those problems but when on battery they'd resolve. So had to buy a new charging cable/power supply. Cut to a few weeks later, and now my laptops touchpad has sunken into the computer and is in constant click mode so it selects everything making it impossible to actually click or use anything. I don't even use my laptop all that much for that to have happened. This has been one of the worst purchases I've made. For these issues to be happening on a new laptop is egregious. How it's gotten such good reviews is beyond me. Cheaply made. Poor craftsmanship. Unreliable. Welcome to 2025 where you overpay for poor merchandise. Look at a different brand if you want a somewhat better experience.

Works pretty well for work/ business, dont get for gaming however. I only wanted to play roblox, nothing else, and the thing sounds like its going to blow up and runs insanely slow. Super disappointing especially since it claims to be compatible for gaming when it cant run ONE download.
