The hard drive crashed after only 4 months. Don’t buy one. I took it to Best Buy and they had to ship it to HP to fix; one to three weeks before I get it back.

Laptop has less wifi range than my 3 year old laptop despite upgrade to maximum range. Best Buy did not upgrade range when I requested help. Works well when sitting directly on wifi. Very disappointed when compared to 3 year old laptop.

Bought this for my son for college. Hard drive stopped working after only 6 months of use.

I didn't realize the keyboard doesn't light up I've always had that feature on my previous computers.

upgrade to windows 11 due to microsoft discontinuing 10

First, I ordered over the phone and didn't realize the computer had an AMD rather than Intel processor. It's slower than Intel and when I'm playing games it frequently freezes up. Also I've noticed when trying to access some things it won't let me saying something about using too much of something. Most diasppointed. Am considering trading it in since I believe I have 60 days?

I tried to see if i can manage without some ports. This laptop doesn't satisfy my needs. Gave it to my daughter for school.

I'm going to rate the low because literally 4 weeks after setting up and moving all my data, the hard drive crashed.

Can't say as still attempting to learn what's what VERY CONFUSING.

Was told item was 1TB only 512mb. Sold me a Best BUY Customer warranty non refundable after I returned lap.top. Never transferred my old hardrive to new laptop. Never updated Windows added my security system like Windows Updater and Security. was sold one thing and told another about this entire transaction. Check ENTIRE sales receipt top to Bottom, wherein the extended warranty is explained, not the sales clerks I'm giving you this Free but paying for it later, second year warranty is your bill in a year but not told that.

Bought it less than 2 months ago screen blew out it's a black screen took it to geek squad the immediately told me they can't fix it they had to send it to Kentucky haven't heard from them since haven't gotten an update of when I'll get it if it can be fixed if it is fixed I would really just like my refund back

Great laptop except the keyboard. It's awful. I may just toss this laptop in the garbage.

There is literally no charger included with my purchase and the Computer was completely dead, I understand that it’s open box but it had an Excellent rating yet has no charger that fits the old ports and not USB-C

computer is great, Price was fair and NOT overpriced like other stores

Overall, the computer does its job however just wish it had a little more power for multi-tasking

Wish I never purchased. Received laptop, set it up the day after I received it. Used it a couple days later to print a file. A few days later it wouldn’t turn on or charge. I was still within my return I should’ve gone with my gut and return it. Instead, I sent it to HP for repair to find out the motherboard was bad. I am still waiting to receive it back.

My daughter bought it and at 24 she says it is suitably average.

**^BUYERS BEWARE ! I purchased this device May 28. Well here it is June 24th and on the 23rd it started running a loud motor like noise . I never dropped it or anything just trade on it and watch tv on it . I am very displeased. It can’t be returned because that ended June14th. I am contacting Hp now under warranty but this is so inconvenient and such an unpleasant experience.

Slow and awkward to navigate. Item returned. Word of advice spend more money. You get what you pay for.

It runs windows. Has a larger SSD. This is a subpar laptop. The USBC port will not run a dock or work with any USB monitor. I give this a DO NOT BUY.
