I always buy this laptop. Needs to be replaced every two years or so depending on how many times I drop it. Works well for my accounting business as it has a big screen and 10 key. Great display with ability to connect hdmi corded second screen, Great bang for your buck!

Thus far I am very pleased with the laptop. It was purchased to replace an older Dell that was used for database work running a Senior Men's golf League. The old cpu did not have a SSD and obviously a slower processor. It would take forever to start up and update, as well as access the database information. The new laptop startup is very quick, immediate response to database inquiries, and a 17" monitor. The only downfall is the fact that it only has 2 USB ports.

Great little computer for the money. Got it on sale for almost half off. Large size and very thin. The battery life is a horrible tragedy but I use it at home so thats not an issue for me. 45 minutes of surfing the internet and I'm almost at 50 percent battery life. That aside, great computer.

This product is sleek and exactly perfect size. I was doubtful at the onset, but it has proven to be what I needed. The Best Buy Rep. answered all my questions, thorough in his answers and reassuring it was a great purchase.

My HP laptop that I purchased worked right out of the box. I was able to get all my files from old computer. I use a wireless external keyboard and a wireless mouse as my 84 year old fingers have trouble with a touchpad! I did have to get a small hub to run my external keyboard. I also got my old HP printer to work! Overall, I am pleased with my purchase. The only negative comment is about the terrible phone service when trying to contact the store to speak to a sales associate! A person cannot be connected directly to the sales floor. What happened to the good, old-fashioned store operator? I do believe that you might sell a few more products if a person could get through to sales department without jumping through hoops! I was completely happy with the kind and helpful sales lady.

I love HP. I had my last laptop for 6 years before the battery life went out and was very slow. I purchased this about a week ago for day to day use and no complaints! I enjoy the screen size, battery life, when the fan is on its very quiet. Great audio and light weight so easy to travel to and from work with!

We have laptops that have windows 10 on them. I understand that it will be discontinued as of October so we decided to replace them. These are great laptops so far. I was use to a touch screen but I added a mouse and I now am use to that. I am very happy with the speed and memory it has. I purchased two of them because the price was so reasonable. My hubby uses his daily and I use mine occasionally. I am not finding anything I don't like about it. It is a little bit of a learning curve to get use to the windows 11 vs windows 10 but I'm getting there. I mainly use mine for search and paying bills and printing stuff out.

Bought this for my 14 year old. It has been the best purchase. She loves it. The screen is large and it runs great.

This computer has amazing performance screen size is absolutely perfect and exactly what I need to complete my masters degree in school. I love the customization that I can do on the home screen which leads directly to the website that I need with just a click five out of five stars would highly recommend

The HP Laptop works great. Windows 11 works fine on it as well as Norton Antivirus. I bought it for retro games (I love Sim City and Wolfenstein via Gog) and word processing. The Best Buy price that I paid was $319. That cannot be beat. It took me less than 15 minutes for the Best Buy salesman to show me the computer, match it to my intended uses and purchase it at Christmas time (a Christmas present for myself). Best Buy was the best here.

This product exceeded my expectations, it has a large screen, large buttons, and the speed is more than adequate for my needs.

What an improvement over my old laptop. I don`t have to wait for it to load forever . It is an all around great computer for my needs. Very happy with this laptop . Thank you Best Buy, for showing me this one over a different one I had picked out at the store. just yesterday I printed something from it which my old one never did.. So happy with my purhcase.
