Great laptop. I have been enjoying the laptop for my needs

I had an old Windows 10 and needed a new one so I talked with a Best Buy employee and told him the model that I had and what would be comparable. I bought it and he took me over to the Geek Squad to finish up and said it would be ready next day so all went well. These guys are good!

Using this for school and so far this is a great purchase! No complaints about the performance so far.

Really nice computer for a great price. Easy to setup and fast loading websites.

Have not had a chance yet to dive deep into it's performance, speed or multi-tasking capabilities. But I am Totally pleased with the look, keyboard and specs which I'm pretty sure will more than meet my home office needs. Very, very happy most of all with the pricing !!!!!!!

I am getting some minor static at time, and sometimes my comments section on videos/reels on FB are not aligned in sinc, I will have a row of responses to a previous post beside the next one. Also it is very hard to get the computer to come on sometimes after a charge. I would take it back to see if Geek Squad could help, but I have to rely on a neighbor for rides, and hate to bother them to go far.

Second HP that I bought, first was a Win10. It was a great PC and this Win11 is also a great PC. No problems with either one.

Innever win anything but i really appreciate the time to be able too say this has been a game chamger

I did not want a new computer but had to because of no future upgrades on my old one. Chris helped me in the store and helped me get one I can operate!
