I have always trusted HP computers/laptops. We have two laptops and one desktop that is aging. It still operates and we will keep it until major issues arise.

Laptop met all expectations. However, the warranty that showed up from HP, show an expiration date only 11 months from when I bought it. Something was fishy. Decided to return it.

Fine laptop. I think mine had a weird slowdown issue when plugged into charge the battery at first, but otherwise has worked out well. As far as a strictly work/school laptop goes, its pretty decent.

This laptop was worth every penny. Does all it should. Picture is excellent and the sound ain't so bad either!

Works pretty well for work/ business, dont get for gaming however. I only wanted to play roblox, nothing else, and the thing sounds like its going to blow up and runs insanely slow. Super disappointing especially since it claims to be compatible for gaming when it cant run ONE download.

This is a gift for Fathers day..stumbled on the Best Buy sales and this laptop is perfect for what my husband needs. Mike at Altamonte is AWESOME, helpful and knowledgeable.

LARGE WORD DOC TRANFER ARE SLOWER WHEN EDITING FONT SIZE. OVER ALL WORKS EXCELLENT WHEN SETTINGS ARE ADJUSTED AND WINDOWS 11 LEARN USAGE PATTERNS

I have only had a short time. But using Ryzen has been a little hard to get use to after using intel. The verdict is still out.

Good overall value and fits the needs for general computing. Best Buy made it easy to compare different models of pcs and this was the best overall computer for our needs.

The computer stopped recognizing the hard drive the day before i left for vacation. I will be returning it when i get back. It went bad after a little over a week. (Hopefully it will still be within the store warranty time frame) The poor marks below are due to the inability to boot the computer itself, so i cant be certain of their actual capabilty.
