Quality! Set up was simple and quick! Everything looks sleek!

Bestbuy is ridiculous!!! Cant believe they would sell a product this defective..had it only for 1 month and the screen went totally blank....on my first 2 weeks of use ut started to act up like gives me a bla k screen then i have to reboot. Now a month later i turned it on and its says 'Boot device mot found . Please insta5an operating system on your disk " i didn't even install anything on this piece of junk...it may be cheap but at least it should work for at least a year. But no, i tried to follow the instructions on how to fix it but still would not workm. I guess they maks money by selling puece of junk and sell you their geek squad ...and if you dont purchase that option then youre screwed. Ive never had problems with bestbiy products begore, but i guess they font care about the product s they sell anymore...

Exactly what I was looking for and at a great price. High quality and overall, a great PC.

Overall, a nice computer. I was disappointed that there were only 2 or 3 17 inch laptops in the store so not much to chose from.

Okay so far, Don't like Windows 11 or how it tries to force signing up for Windows subscription but that's not BestBuy's or HP fault

The HP has been working just fine so far. Haven’t had the opportunity to utilized it just yet

I bought it as an open box item. It was a gift. I gave it as a gift after the return period ended. It does not work. The hard drive is toast. It literally never worked. $279 gone.

its a bit slow, the APU isn't doing anyone any favors. the very limited ram probably has something to do with that, but the biggest issue is that it overheats and shuts off randomly. it runs for about 20 min if im lucky and just crashes. im seriously considering taking it back

Great computer for the person that just needs something simple

The screen is large and the graphics are bright. But the fan constantly goes off. I returned and re-purchased the same model, hoping it was a defective laptop. But no, it appears the model fan continuously goes off. Would not recommend it if you are using the computer in a setting that is quieter.
