    Bad purchase, only 2 months and hard disk broke.. i only used two times, the only positive it was that the fabricant return me a credit to buy another one

    These are Nice laptops but the mouse in the first one didnt work out of the box. Returning it was easy at Best Buy. The new ine worked for about a week amd the same issie came up so i just returned it. The touchpad has issues in this design and meeds addrressed.

    The screen size is great. I’ve only had this about 2 months and the screen will occasionally freeze and I have to complete a hard reboot.

    I could not (cannot) get any setup help (with facial recognition login) from "support". I called and was never able to get a person. I opened a ticket online, received a case number from HP 3 weeks ago, but have received no contact thereafter.

    The hard drive crashed after SIX days. Had to return it and get another laptop. Did not get another HP. Geek squad was very nice but a new laptop should not have went bad

    Horrible laptop! DO NOT BUY! Didn't work since day one. Speaker is bad, lots of crackling sounds. Because it was a gift purchased for Christmas Best Buy would not accept a return since out of the 30 day window. And HP, after multiple calls to support, was not able to resolve the issue either. They wanted me to pay for premium support (why would I do that for a brand new laptop?!) Junk. Very disappointed in Best Buy and HP.

    Laptop has less wifi range than my 3 year old laptop despite upgrade to maximum range. Best Buy did not upgrade range when I requested help. Works well when sitting directly on wifi. Very disappointed when compared to 3 year old laptop.
