Excellent laptop! I've found H-P to be the most reliable and long-lasting brand available. My previous personal laptop was an H-P from 2000, It had to be retired this year (2025) because its CPU and storage weren't able to keep up with the speed and ginormous amount of storage needed for today's programs. Otherwise, that faithful laptop was still working at capacity. So impressive. I've had this one for 1 month and it's been a dream to work on. P.S. I had to kick out McAfee security s/w that came with it in favor of Webroot which I've learned to trust. and the Geek Squad loaded my old laptop's image for me - saved me a load of time. The imaging occurred fast and accurately.

Computer is great for my needs, the task bar management makes it easy to find everything i use day to day.

My new computer is okay, I do like the 17.5 screen. I had old computer send in as trade in was quoted would get $110 for. I haven't seen my credit it has been the first part of June. It was exactly as my new one but window 10. Work great but git something dropped on. How long do I have to wait for the credit? I talked to three people about the trade. I did have my new computer to a computer shop for set up. Going to have to have it take back to computer shop as locked Facebook friends so they can't write me, it got private locked on, have know idea how to get off. I asked about sending back the tech said I could under the thirty days warranty. Was going to send me a box and label never seen. Used original box to send in my old computer to Best Buy in Ankney. Please get with me about my $110 credit for trade in. Not happy with service I good all around, when call kept forward me to someone else. I shouldn't have my new expense at computer shop.

I bought this on sale, $250.00 off. Great, fast, powerful machine. At full retail price, it would be a Great buy. I had been using a Dell with AMD 8 and Windows 10 & a terabyte hard drive with 512 ram for eight years and it has been a work horse but needed to be replaced. I Love the new HP.

Has been a great laptop, has been able to do most of the tasks i purchased it for. Love the screen size and its able to run a few games on it as well, which is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend it if you need a nice budget friendly laptop for general productivity and light gaming.
