Good laptop if you just need something for connectivity on the go. Boots up fast, nice screen. keyboard feels good. Battery does not last the longest so be thoughtful of having a place to plug it in.

I recently got an HP laptop, and overall I’m very happy with my experience. The design feels modern and sturdy, and the keyboard is comfortable for long hours of work. The screen is bright and clear, which makes it great for both studying and streaming movies.

Very excited for this for the price!! So far so good battery seems to have a fantastic battery considering my old one was so bad.

This was a replacement for the same exact model. Had an “accident” with the previous model and had to replace it. Good to know, besides some internal component changes, that the product generally remains the same. No need to learn a whole new computer.

Excellent value. Purchased for the wife to do e-mail, internet surfing, and on-line shopping. Plenty fast for that. Wanted the biggest screen we could get because we are a little older.

Ordered laptop on line, pick up at the store. Online purchase fell thru. I purchased HP Lap top at the store. I was happy with my purchase.

Working well, now. Had to call the 800 number for help once, though. They were nice, and listened and diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. Simply lost the blue tooth connection. No idea why... it just happened. I hope that it doesn't happen again.

This laptop seems to be perfect so far for my needs - emails, word, excel, research, etc.

I bought this nice computer when my old one stopped. It's perfect for what I need since I have retired from teaching. I would highly recommend this laptop. I wish my keyboard letters were easier to see. Silver letters are hard to see on a silver laptop. I still bought it for the great price.
