    This laptop works beautifully and it's very convenient for me to use when I don't get to use my computer and basically my laptop is very easy for me to carry with me anywhere I have to go.

    I could have easily rated this laptop FIVE STARS. However, I have been spoiled by working with two previous laptops that included TOUCH SCREENS. Touch Screens make a system so much more convenient to use that I thought it was worth one star. Great laptop, despite not have a touch screen. Also, I did not like the feel of the keyboard. In terms of memory, storage, the AMD processor, it is clearly 5-Star Laptop!!

    HP is my number one pick for computers. This was a great deal for this product. Fast, clean and everything I was looking for. Sales associate was the best help ever. I totally recommend Best Buy, mainly for selection and help.
