    The Best Buy in Buford, GA, delivered a repaired laptop that we had to return because the keypad didn't work. We know it was supposed to be restored because the same new one we received as an exchange included factory paperwork, and the laptop prompted us to do things that the other one didn't. The salesperson seemed disappointed that we weren't interested in a warranty or a pricey software package as add-ons, and wanted to use our credits on a sale item, so we assumed this was his way of sticking it to us. But we had just spent over $4K with this company.
