Perfect for what we needed it for. I would have given 5 stars, but the website advertised same day pickup on this item, and i had to wait for a week to get it.

For a non tech person, this is a great laptop. My previous laptop is 10 years old, and not working well. With the current Windows, this 6025 HP is what I needed.

The laptop is really good and the price is amazing.

The screen is large and the graphics are bright. But the fan constantly goes off. I returned and re-purchased the same model, hoping it was a defective laptop. But no, it appears the model fan continuously goes off. Would not recommend it if you are using the computer in a setting that is quieter.

Bought this to take with me if I have to evacuate this year. It is perfect to keep up with news and weather as well as viewing maps. This is a great computer and at a great price.

The young lady that assisted us was very helpful and patient. I am unable to select a device on my own since I do not quite understand the new systems. She helped me select the one that was up to par with my needs.

I have had this Computer just about a month and I Love it

This was a very good computer. I was looking for something that would still run my CAD software which was running on windows 10. The software would not run with windows 11 so I returned the laptop.

I replaced a similar computer with this new one because of dependability. It is working just fine . The service at Best Buy from purchasing it to setting it up is top notch which is why I keep coming back.
