Thus far I am very pleased with the laptop. It was purchased to replace an older Dell that was used for database work running a Senior Men's golf League. The old cpu did not have a SSD and obviously a slower processor. It would take forever to start up and update, as well as access the database information. The new laptop startup is very quick, immediate response to database inquiries, and a 17" monitor. The only downfall is the fact that it only has 2 USB ports.

It's everything I wanted in a laptop, the speed and overall efficiency of this product is superb.

It is a great computer. The battery life is outstanding and it is very fast on loading Turbo Tax

Bought this so I could do online classes. It's just right for my specific needs. The screen size is awesome. Watching videos is a blast. Decent resolution. Great speed and storage. I'm enjoying using my laptop.

I got literally the “best” buy/deal on this computer! I needed a new one for work and this matched my IT dept requirements. I went back to HP after having a Lenovo that was soon to be outdated. Easy to set up, fast, nice big screen, light weight, perfect for my needs…

The HP Laptop works great. Windows 11 works fine on it as well as Norton Antivirus. I bought it for retro games (I love Sim City and Wolfenstein via Gog) and word processing. The Best Buy price that I paid was $319. That cannot be beat. It took me less than 15 minutes for the Best Buy salesman to show me the computer, match it to my intended uses and purchase it at Christmas time (a Christmas present for myself). Best Buy was the best here.

the overall performance of the hp laptop is perfect for me , 8GB memory, 17.3 screen, the IT staff setting it up was very patient and helpful, I am using this for my work projects, itemizing for tax projects and sending all emails.

Got this on sale for $300 off! It has excellent battery life and nice graphics. It's pretty fast too. HP makes a good product.

What an improvement over my old laptop. I don`t have to wait for it to load forever . It is an all around great computer for my needs. Very happy with this laptop . Thank you Best Buy, for showing me this one over a different one I had picked out at the store. just yesterday I printed something from it which my old one never did.. So happy with my purhcase. The large screen was the right choice for me. It is light so easy to transport. Performance speeds are good enough for me as I am retired and don't use it for work or meetings. I am very pleased with my new HP 17.3' Laptop.

Great little computer for the money. Got it on sale for almost half off. Large size and very thin. The battery life is a horrible tragedy but I use it at home so thats not an issue for me. 45 minutes of surfing the internet and I'm almost at 50 percent battery life. That aside, great computer.

Excellent computer. My wife really enjoys how fast it works and as we are older loves the screen.
