Really like this laptop. Comfortable off the first try. It’s a little heavy but I don’t plan on traveling with it. The screen size is awesome. Mostly, I just want to thank the salesman, Larry, for being so helpful and knowledgeable.

I was looking for a replacement for my desktop computer when Microsoft would no longer support Windows 10. I didn't need anything super fast or with loads of storage as I only use it for simple searches and reading my email. This fit the bill. Easy to set up and works great.

I love the size and the speed it does everything I need it for I love my HP.

Cant say enough about this purchase. Was using a relative's laptop that had Windows 10 installed but was about 12 years old and was on its last legs. Im glad i made this purchase to a very much new laptop and newer OS, not to mention getting an awesome deal when i did. I would recommend this laptop to anyone in a heartbeat. Great screen size, 8GB of ram is adequate for me and SSD is just enough for me although i may get an external SSD in the future for pictures.

It works great exactly what I needed for period now. I can do my travel expensive reports. And forward them over the internet. Very good investment for me. I got a bag that fits, you know.

LOVE my new HP laptop. Easy to set up and love the larger screen. Andrew, the salesman, was patient and knowledgeable. I came back and bought a cellphone and printer because of Andrew.

I bought this as a replacement for one I had exactly like it . my dog jumped up on the table and knocked over a drink and it covered my other laptop. Needless to say, was done for after that. I was very happy with that laptop. it did everything I needed it for. I was very happy that I found the exact one to replace it. absolutely no complaints.

Love how light it is for a 17” laptop. Enjoy the full keyboard and everything runs smooth for the RAM it has. Only gripes so far are the battery life is meh and I wish the keyboard had a backlight.

Functional and a nice, adorable upgrade for my technologically challenged mother in-law. Clear 17+" display and a convenient integrated 10-key keypad. It's nothing fancy, but it just works and will run Windows 11 where her old cheaper laptop was not compatible.

I'm loving my new laptop!! My old HP was having glitching issues and the spacebar was broken. I thought I would just have it repaired but it would have cost more than a new laptop. The staff at Best Buy understood my dilemma and my price point and guided me to this gem. I also love the size. My old laptop was 15" (I thought it was larger). For someone who wears glasses and needs better visuals, I think I made the right choice.

I like the HP Laptop - it's just what I need for the work I do! The Best Buy salesperson was very helpful in assisting me in selecting this product.

1st laptop for mom and she absolutely loves it. Great price on a very good laptop. All around win win.

For a cheaper HP PC this is an excellent buy if you're not looking to add Microsoft Office

Nice large screen, but you will need to get an office program as it does not come with it. You get a 5 day trial.

Bought it for my dad for Christmas, he is happy with it! Has a nice screen, and sound is great too.
