Enjoying my new laptop.. Had a very old HP. Liked it but it was so slow.It was running on Windows 10. What a difference this new one makes.Also love the 17 inch screen. Had my son transfer everything and I don’t have to wait for anything to boot up.Just click my favorites and I’m good to go.

It works perfectly. Bought it for my because she is always doing something on her tablet. Decided to get her something with larger screen

Second HP that I bought, first was a Win10. It was a great PC and this Win11 is also a great PC. No problems with either one.

My laptop is so nice. I love the color and size of it. It was gift to someone for their work from home job. It was easy to hook up with Wi-Fi.

I was looking for a large screen laptop and this one fit that purpose perfectly. I was very easy to move all my favorites to this one. It will fulfill all my needs as I am senior (age 75) and I could not be happier with this laptop. The fact it is a HP is just a bonus.

Can't really believe that this laptop was priced so low. It is much more capable than my old laptop, and much lighter, too. I do not play games, and use it mostly for email and surfing the Internet. Screen quality is good, and it works as expected. I don't see how you can beat it at this price.

Working in IT I should have been a bit more skeptical. HP consumer laptops don't last. We bought the laptop as HP is the only brand at Best Buy that offers a 17.3 screen. The price was great at $375. Had to return it after only one month. My wife booted her laptop and was presented with a HD not found message. Boxed it back up and returned it. Kudos to Best Buy store in Federal Way and the nice customer service return desk person as they were very kind and processed the return quickly and with no hassle.

This laptop is actually a hidden gem. I bought this for my wife for her college studies, and it has been a game changer. It's perfect for her use case.

I really do like this HP Laptop. That being said it is like learning hoe to use a computer all over again. I am somewhat tech challenged, and this, laptop has a bunch of new features I have never heard of. But that's ok, I figure in a few short weeks I'll be doing stuff I had never thought about before. I also, like this laptop has really good safety programs to fight off the scammers and others low lifes that want destroy folks that work and save to have something good.
