Computer is great for my needs, the task bar management makes it easy to find everything i use day to day.

Works great and online ordering and delivery was easy bought for my daughter for college

After just 4 months the hard drive failed. My wide brought it in and the Geek Squad made her buy another protection plan on top on the plan we bought when it was purchased…only to then tell us the hard drive failed and all the data was lost. And then they wanted me to purchase a new hard drive abd pay them to install it…once i called them on that, they said they would have to ship it off out for repairs which would take 1-3 weeks, but first i have to come in and sign more forms.

Works great compared to my last Lenovo laptop (had issues with turning on all...the...time). It was easy to set up and it links with my phone!

Overall the laptop is fine. The main problem is that it keeps dropping the internet, you have to close down and reboot and surprisingly the internet is back in business. When checking other products, they are running fine on the internet

Very nice laptop and great value for the price. The screen is large enough to use it as a desktop computer for the kids.

Great budget laptop for multitasking and document viewing. Haven’t used for gaming but looking at upgrading Ram soon to find out.

Good laptop if you just need something for connectivity on the go. Boots up fast, nice screen. keyboard feels good. Battery does not last the longest so be thoughtful of having a place to plug it in.

So far the computer has been doing everything I need it to do and I have had a good experience with it. Happy so far!

I love this Laptop. It loads quickly, user friendly. I have had zero issues since purchase, Screen is big and has great color and quality. The only down side is that it does not come with Microsoft office any longer. So that needed to be purchased separately. But definitely recommend!
