Problem

Geek squad replaced the whole computer!! Very lucky I did not loose all my data. Fortunately I saved my old machine and Geek squad was able to reload on to a new machine. Could have been a real data disaster. New box seems to be working okay but be very careful!!!!!!

Not quite what I expected.

I like the larger screen than my old laptop but performance wise the old one beats it hands down. I should have waited until I could afford a better laptop.
