    After just 4 months the hard drive failed. My wide brought it in and the Geek Squad made her buy another protection plan on top on the plan we bought when it was purchased…only to then tell us the hard drive failed and all the data was lost. And then they wanted me to purchase a new hard drive abd pay them to install it…once i called them on that, they said they would have to ship it off out for repairs which would take 1-3 weeks, but first i have to come in and sign more forms.

    I like the laptop, although it was hard to 'get the hang of' at first. Since there were no instructions, and I have eye problems, it was hard for me to see the icons on the screen as well as on the keyboard. I had to make 2 return trips to the GS to ask for their help in getting assistance in this area as well as some software issues. I still have problems with keys repeaating at times, and i don't know how to handle it.
