I bought this to replace my 8-year-old HP Envy when support for Windiows 10 was ending, the laptop wasn't upgradable, and I was on the verge of needing to replace the battery yet again. My new laptop feels pretty much the same as the old one. I love the solid state drive--SO much faster response than my old one. I like that it is slightly lighter in weight, but I miss having a built-in DVD player and SD card reader. At least I can still access those on my old laptop. I hope the new one will have better battery life and/or ventilation, but I won't know that for a while.

the overall performance of the hp laptop is perfect for me , 8GB memory, 17.3 screen, the IT staff setting it up was very patient and helpful, I am using this for my work projects, itemizing for tax projects and sending all emails.

I got literally the “best” buy/deal on this computer! I needed a new one for work and this matched my IT dept requirements. I went back to HP after having a Lenovo that was soon to be outdated. Easy to set up, fast, nice big screen, light weight, perfect for my needs…

So far, I am very pleased with this fast working Lap-top. It has a large screen for better viewing.

Basic windows laptop in the 17 inch FHD class. 8GB Ram, 512GB SSD is fine. Nice balance of performance and price point. Price match for a sale at Bestbuy a week after purchse was a simple online chat. Recommend.

The large screen was the right choice for me. It is light so easy to transport. Performance speeds are good enough for me as I am retired and don't use it for work or meetings. I am very pleased with my new HP 17.3' Laptop.

My old laptop was 12 years old. This laptop is faster. It is 17.3 while my old one was 15.6. The larger screen makes it easier to see and read. The video resolution on our video calls to family is excellent.

I am very happy with this purchase! The larger screen size is perfect for me when I am checking my daily emails. It's slim & lightweight, making it easy for me to take with me when I need to move from one room to another. The keyboard is comfortable to use when writing reviews!

I really enjoy the screen size and basic design of it. The only thing ive encountered so far is that the speaker sounds like its blown from the moment i used it. Other than that i really like this laptop. Battery life is awesome!

This laptop is truly amazing. I've had it for a while now and it has not disappointed. 1, The performance is actually better than I expected. I can play Fortnite and Roblox at a pretty high fps Fortnite(100 FPS) Roblox(200 FPS). I would recommend this laptop 100%.
