I haven't used it much but it seems to be great. From ordering to pick up everything went smooth

I'm loving my new laptop!! My old HP was having glitching issues and the spacebar was broken. I thought I would just have it repaired but it would have cost more than a new laptop. The staff at Best Buy understood my dilemma and my price point and guided me to this gem. I also love the size. My old laptop was 15" (I thought it was larger). For someone who wears glasses and needs better visuals, I think I made the right choice.

Bought this for my son when his Mac finally quit. He likes the larger screen, and battery life.

Excellent Laptop, good storage space, good RAM, all you need for an everyday laptop.

Caught a decent deal on it for 425. Setup was easy, the 17 inch screen helped the purchase along with the 512 storage. Feedback on the touchpad takes getting used to.

I like the laptop, although it was hard to 'get the hang of' at first. Since there were no instructions, and I have eye problems, it was hard for me to see the icons on the screen as well as on the keyboard. I had to make 2 return trips to the GS to ask for their help in getting assistance in this area as well as some software issues. I still have problems with keys repeaating at times, and i don't know how to handle it.

This laptop is perfect for a middle schooler. It’s light weight and I’ve had no issues with it.

this laptop is a little large and unwieldy but it's a lot of bang for the buck too, a ton of memory, all the good stuff

This generation of laptops seems much easier to navigate than previous ones. I’m looking forward to becoming better acquainted with it. But I don’t like AI.

Great laptop for the money. I got it specifically to run range serato for my technic 1200s. It does a great job for the $360 I paid.

No issues at all with this. Work, gaming, haven't had any issues. Very pleased.

Great value if you are looking for a unit for basic admin work. Keyboard layout is very comfortable to use and love it having the number pad. Boots up quickly and very responsive.
