This laptop is great! Our visit to Knoxville Best Buy was outstanding. Both the customer service staff and Geek Squad were great! Nice to have a staff willing to answer all questions and give recommendations to fit our needs! Awesome job!!!

This was my third purchase of a laptop from Best Buy. I have found that I receive the best product for my $'s when I make purchase from Best Buy. However, this time I was persuaded by the salesclerk to open a Best Buy credit card. I was told that I would receive 20% off my purchase by doing so. Now I find that I did not receive any discount for opening this account, but that it was not even a credit card but an in-house credit account good only at Best Buy. I feel like I was scammed by the salesclerk. Which has tarnished my feelings about Best Buy. Even when you are familiar with the store you shouldn't forget the old phrase "Buyer Beware"

This is a great computer and the little bit of extra size is very helpful to me.

Had for a few months now, so far no issues. Purchased this for my mother for normal internet stuff. Not gaming. No complaints.

Purchased for my 87 year old father in law to replace his ancient Dell desktop. Does what he needs - email and internet. Nice big screen.

Excellent Laptop for the price with great storage and, memory and large screen

The Geek squad did an excellent job of transferring my data from my old computer to my new one in a timely manner. Very satisfied.
