Laptop works great and 17" screen is fantastic for watching videos and overall eye comfort. I had a problem with MS 11 not wanting to come out of S mode, but when I brought it to the Geek Squad they took care of that right away no problem. Very satisfied with the computer and the Geek Squad.

Excellent computer, fits all my needs. I bought a Dell Alienware computer and I had problems from day one. Biggest waste of money ever. I bought this one after the Dell and never had a problem. I run a business and does everything I need.

This purchase was to replace one purchased one year ago that had a faulty internet card. Consult your own records for details. Also, I wish to inform you that you have lost a customer FOR LIFE. Your Morehead City, NC store from the manager to the girl with pink hair who told actually said to me "well, at least you got a vacuum cleaner you liked", referring to a <$200 item out of an $1100 total purchase that included $900 worth of garbage (specifically, a Lenovo laptop with a faulty touchpad). Also, the in-store Geek Squad are as ignorant as they are rude. I forget the name of the guy who told me that the Bright Speed Fiber internet speed that I got at home in Beaufort (>500mbps) on one laptop at the same time I was getting 45mbps on one I brought into the store was impossible. He said my statement couldn't be true because the most he got was 200-300mbps at his home with Spectrum. He was not aware enough to know that fiber service was available in the area. You should also know that I have warned many people in the area of the disreputable way that store operates. I have SO much more I could be specific about, but it is in your records. If I am going bother to take the time to go into it, my time would be better spent informing the consumer fraud division with the State Attorney General's office. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase ANYTHING from Best Buy!

Good size but batter is the worst. Only last an hour from full charge before I have to put it back on the charger, not to mention it comes with that windows s thing which took forever and about 30 videos to remove just to get Netflix on it and I've only had it for 3 months and it's turned off once which I was able to fix relatively quickly but as im writing this review it just shut off and it won't turn back on. It doesn't even show the charging light when I plug it in. I would say get a better one and GET THE WARRANTY I sure wish I did.

Love this simple to use laptop. We needed another laptop to use downstairs so we were not running up the stairs to check on our bank balance or send a quick email. The feel of the key board is awesome. Would buy this again and again!

This laptop it awesome. It has everything I need and then some. it was affordable so I also bought a wireless mouse and mouse pad and a CD drive. I am totally happy with this laptop. I highly recommend this laptop. Thank you, Best Buy.

After a week, fantastic. Got it for my dad - basiic user. Great value for someone who only uses their laptop for basic tasks. The laptop is very well-made. Love the screen size and keyboard. Good bang for your buck. If it lasts as long as I've known Hp laptops to last, the value is unbeatable.
