First time in Lexington Best Buy Store and was really excited when I bought the HP Laptop, and opened a Best Buy Credit Card on the same night, and saved I believe 10% off. Clerk , she was very nice and friendly. Very helpful.

Online purchase and store pickup was really easy I was in and out of the store in about 5 minutes, The Laptop that I purchased was in good condition Everything was great! Good Job!

Computer is everything I needed. Especially appreciate the numeric keyboard.

It’s a good laptop but hard to set up. I have been to the geek squad four times and I still have to go back for other problems. Maybe it’s just me. They push a few buttons and that problem is solved.

Setting up the computer and transferring data files was easy.

This laptop is reasonably good. My only objections are that it has no ethernet port nor CD ROM drive.

Fantastic windows 11 computer and just what I was looking for to replace my 13 year old windows 10 Toshiba computer. Amazing 17" screen with amazing color and clarity. Great quality HD laptop from HP. Glad I made this purchase from Best Buy.

A nice laptop with lots of nice features. HP has been good for me over the kast 10 years. Only drawback is that the characters, letters and folders on the screen are about 80 % as big as my aix year old laptop. That's a big deal to my 79 year old eyes. Bought it on line, should have gone into the store before purchasing.

For the price, it is a great value. I thought that the keys were backlit, but it's not really an issue. The trackpad feel is a little soft for my likeing whis is the reason I did not give it a five-star rating.

My grandson is enjoying it and will be a great asset to his college upcoming year.
