My Hp Laptop is working great. Thank you to the Best Buy staff that helped me through the process of getting my new computer.

I had purchased a laptop about a year ago and unfortunately did not realize it did not have a ten key pad. That is important for a lot of statistical work I do. I am happy with my current purchase, that has one, and it should serve me well.

I bought this laptop as my new job software was not compatible with my mac and this HP is very user friendly and the screen is huge but still compact enough. I love having the numbers on the side of the keyboard

Great buy and upgrade from my old PC. Upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Easy operations with more than enough memory. Key board easy to operate and a mouse is a option. This HP matches to my HP printer.

Replaced an older model. Much lighter and faster. Only downside is no touch scren.

The 17.3" screen and 16 GB memory were features I was looking for. Speed has been excellent. Very pleased with our purchase. The price was great too.

The computer itself seemed good, strong and fast. However, they took out the right control button... what I do for a living requires that I have it, and I use it continually as I work. I use the mouse with my left hand so I need the right control button to work the keyboard shortcuts. They replaced it with the copilot button which made it completely unproductive and useless for me. If you don't need the right control button, I would say go for it. It seems none of the new ones have the right control button anymore. Even though there's five ways to get to co-pilot, why they need a keyboard button for it, I have no idea. Luckily I found one that is more powerful and has the right control button, hopefully it's the last computer I ever have to buy.

Everything about this HP 17.3-inch Intel Core laptop has been amazing. It’s super fast, handles everything I need without any lag, and the large screen makes it even better to use. Overall, I’m extremely happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

Love everything about this laptop. I'm 79 so I like the 17" screen (no squinting.) But it's still light enough to carry around easily. I don't play big games so it has everything else I need for power, memory, etc.

Easy set-up right out of the box. Fast speeds compared to my old laptop. Not too heavy. I don't really like to use the touch pad to navigate, but I don't mind using this one. the display is very vibrant and clear.

My new HP laptop is awesome! I love the larger screen and vibrant graphics.

Great product and service. I didn’t plan on getting a new laptop I was just going to get mine worked on the guys at the Geek squad suggested the open box item to me and it worked out perfectly. More storage no lagging and the screen is bigger.
