    Product is easy to use. Set up was ok. Some program transfers were problematic due to no cd disk hardware internal to the new laptop. Initial access is to signon is slower. Otherwise unit is working.

    I bought the same laptop a few years ago for my personal use. It has been very reliable and efficient during that time. So when I discovered our church Food Pantry was borrowing one of the church laptops to maintain all their records I acquired another so they could maintain all their info and records separate from church information. It will make a substantial difference in operational efficiency and confidentiality of information.

    I thought I had lots of storage but I don’t. I have to upgrade which wasn’t made clear to me when I bought. Also can’t find where to activate Microsoft 365. Otherwise it’s awesome
