For my needs, this laptop is excellent. I paired it with a 32" Curved monitor and a 27" curved monitor for the ultimate setup. I love the fact that it is quick and has a decent hard drive space. The 16GB of Ram is also nice. Looks nice, and works wonderfully.

I bought for work, it's worth the money. Works fantastic! And hold 9+ hours a day, great with storage and multitasking.

I bought it for my dad he's an accountant, this is a powerhouse desktop-replacement laptop—huge, fast screen, tons of storage and memory, perfect for getting serious work done without ever slowing down.

It's a good PC for office work, light database, spreadsheet and coding. I am happy overall with the performance for price, and the big screen is a plus! At this price though...a lighted keyboard should be included.

I've had the laptop for 3 weeks now. Lots of pluses and minuses, Plus: fast, the screen is crisp, and the price with holiday sale was $350 off. Minus: No Ethernet port, older generation RAM, power button and cortana button now takes space on the keyboard, but most of all, and the reason for the review rating - the keyboard lettering has ALREADY started to wear off! The A, S, C, period, comma, backspace, shift, and ctrl btns are already noticeably worn, and I expect within a month or two will be totally worn off. I'm already having to look at paint pens or stickers (REALLY?!?). For a brand new laptop, this is totally unacceptable. And, this experience has significantly colored my option of Best Buy in general. Why would they sell a set of laptops with this known problem, and, how long has the return policy on defective laptops been 14 DAYS?!? I now have to return this to HP?? After I've owned it for 3 weeks?? Geek Squad gave me the lowdown on this problem - those guys are great, but corporate and sales management sucks. i buy hp latop in best buy is very nice, easy to carry to travel ,battery life and processor speed is nice .i recomend to buy everone this laptop.

We needed a replacement for our family computer and this gets the job done. It’s fast, has a nice display, and a numeric key pad. We do not game and have not watched movies from it as we mainly use it for paying bills, printing documents, etc. It’s quiet too having no loud fan noise.

This is a great computer. I have had it for a couple of weeks now and it performs well and I can finally see what I am working on because of the big screen. I paid what I consider to be a good price for this and it has not disappointed me. I went to the Best Buy after ordering on line and pick up was super easy.

The computer is fast, and has oodles of storage (solid-state). I miss the fingerprint reader I had on my previous laptop, and not having a built-in Ethernet port is a definite negative (I purchased an Ethernet-to-USB adapter to overcome that). When I first powered up the computer, I had to search for the power button - it's somewhat hidden, in the top row of keys. I would have preferred a built-in CD/DVD drive, but laptops generally don't have those anymore - so I purchased an external CD/DVD drive for the few occasions when I need one.

Fast and big screen, great. Device is working well so far

I am quite happy with my HP 17.3" HD Laptop. It was ready to go and operates quickly. The keyboard is smooth to the touch and the keys are large enough that I am not double key tapping. I work with photos and the large screen helps me to see the full picture. The graphics are exceptional. I highly recommend this system for people that dabble in photography. Toast to another satisfied HP computer owner.

Very fast in our application, which is everyday household use. We love the large screens since we have no desktop computer. Seems durable enough to handle travelling in the RV.

great laptop. I struggled for days trying to figure out the best one for me and this seems to be a great decision. The screen is huge (for us old blind people) and its fast. No buffering. That alone makes me so happy!

This is fast honestly ..i love it the size of the screen is very convenient im happy with the size of the screen and how fast it works actually i got a second one for my son this computer will help him with tasks the ramp and memory are excelent for him

Fast computer. It works my photo program well. Does what I need. It is not light, it is heavier than other computers. It is larger and the silver outside is rough surface. It is a 5 star in my opinion.

Great machine. Love it. User friendly. and lots of battery life. Must tell wife to keep hands off and use her own outdated equipment.
