much faster than old computer for emails and internet searches

Laptop is fast, has large screen for spreadsheets, and has lots of storage. However, it advertises battery life of up to 8 hours and I only have had a max of approximately 2 hours. As many other have said, keyboard letters are hard to see and rub off easy. Don't like windows 11 nor that the default is one drive for storage. Screen colors seem to be a bit off compared to my previous HP 17.3.

This is a great laptop. The only things I didn't catch until after purchase were there is no touchscreen and the case is plastic which makes it a bit more vulnerable.

i wish the salesperson had mentioned touchscreen, this one is not and it is hard breaking a habit like that.

A nice laptop with lots of nice features. HP has been good for me over the kast 10 years. Only drawback is that the characters, letters and folders on the screen are about 80 % as big as my aix year old laptop. That's a big deal to my 79 year old eyes. Bought it on line, should have gone into the store before purchasing.
