    Don’t know good it is. My old laptop was on its way out. Geek said said they wouldn’t be able to fix it. So bought a new laptop at the time for $850. I specifically said I wanted my files data and bookmarks transferred over to new laptop. Got a message saying it was ready. Went to store my laptop only had OS on it no files data bookmarks. I said I wanted this to be resolved They said said my old laptop was sent out to recycle 2 geek squads said this. Finally one employee found my old laptop but it had been wiped clean. One top of that I was charged $157 for testing and diagnosing I knew it couldn’t be fixed So got new laptop with no data and now trying to get my $$$ back. Geek squad let me down big time !
