I ended up with the wrong computer. It would not compatible to the program that I needed to run.

Everything is fine except 16GB memory causes system to be slow.

The only downfall is that it doesn't have a cd reader.

The tech person that helped me was wonderful but too many people waiting in line and not enough people to wait on them. My appointment was delayed by an hour so when appt was only 20 minute so people were stacking up in line and that made me feel rushed so didn't get all the info I needed.

I am confused with a lot of the apps and trying to fix things to work better. the taskbar is very small and I can't make it any bigger, if I try to it doesn't change and everything else overlaps. I would like to a person for help, but never get a person.

Still trying to familiarize between windows 10 to windows 11.

It's decent Laptop, i expected the display to be much better, the touch board quality isn't the best.

Did not know Best Buy sold products from outside sellers. Was sent the wrong laptop and found out it was sold by an outside seller when I took it back to the store. They would not trade it out at the store for the correct laptop so had to purchase another one. I immediately sent the wrong one back to seller and a month later, still trying to get my money back. Best Buy said I have to work with the outside seller to get my money back. No help and still out $750. Very unhappy with the customer service or lack of.

I returned this item. it was a little too heavy for me to transport around. but it seemed like a great computer and a good price.

This computer keeps freezing up. I have to restart 2-3 times a day because it says the memory is used up or you cannot turn on and off sound, or you cannot empty trash. these are just some examples. I'm not even gaming, just office work and emails. This is the worst computer I have even owned.

Sometimes the touchpad is not smooth. Otherwise value for money.
