Great machine, very fast. Only thing that made me give it 4-Stars and not 5-stars is the screen resolution. They could have done better and given it better screen resolution/quality

This is my first HP Laptop, and zi am impressed! It boots in seconds, and processes everything faster than I can Think of new things to do ! I love my new laptop!

The feel is real with the keyboard and touch pad. The speed is great. Due to Microsoft end of Win10 support had to give up the ole HP Gladiator, and so glad I made the right choice staying with this bad boy HP config...Rock On HP!

Larger screen is an improvement given the trend towards smaller units. Also has a variety of USB, USB-c, and HDMI so an adapter isn't necessary.

This a great laptop for the price we paid. We were replacing a similar model from several years before. It has everything you need for normal usage. This was purchased for my husband who is a writer and uses the laptop for his work.

It had been quite a while since I upgraded my old HP laptop. This new one is fantastic. Much faster and very smooth keyboard. Love it so far

Overall, this is a solid laptop and performs as expected based on the specs. The large screen is a major plus and exactly what I was looking for - it’s great for productivity and general use. That said, the size does make it less comfortable to use directly on your lap or while sitting on the couch. Something to keep in mind if portability and casual use matter to you. My main issue was with the purchase experience. I bought an open-box/floor model, which I understood came with some risk, but it arrived with missing or corrupted wireless drivers. Since I didn’t have an RJ45 adapter available, I had to complete setup offline and manually reinstall drivers using another computer and a USB drive. Not a huge deal if you’re comfortable troubleshooting, but it’s definitely an extra hurdle that less technical users may struggle with. Bottom line: Laptop itself: 4 stars - does what it should, big screen is a win Buying experience (open box): 3 stars - be prepared for possible setup issues

To be honest I haven't set up my lap top it's still in the box,with the holidays I haven't had time, but I'm sure with a few extra programs it is perfect for me

My HP laptop was an excellent choice. I really like the large screen. The keyboard has a good feel and I like the seperate number pad.

It works great & fast. It’s easy to get learn everything on - I’m a 65 yr old and not extremely tech savvy and didn’t have to call my son at all to start it up and that’s amazing for me! I was able to get my email and facebook set up by my self! I thought it has touchscreen when I bought it - and was disappointed when I figured out it didn’t. That’s the only reason I give it a 4 instead of a 5.

This was a gift for my son. though much larger than his previous computer; he was pleased with the easy set up and transfer of files from his old model.

Great product for the money! Really fast, easy to see keyboard, great screen resolution & size.

To be honest the only thing that I don't like about this item is the the keyboard doesn't light up in the dark.I haven't found anything else so far that's a problem for me.

The HP Laptop has been performing well. The Salesperson was well versed with the BB System and able to pull resources when necessary.

I replaced a previous model Lap Top like this but with more memory capacity, for my needs work fine.

I love this lap top, so fast , everything that I need I can do all time

I love this laptop. Exactly what I needed and it's very comfortable to use. I would recommend this computer for people who want a stable computer that is easy to navigate.

I’m very pleased with my laptop. I am still learning to get used to it. I particularly love the 17 inch screen. I only wish it had CD slot.
