Love my new HP. I damaged my old one and was able to purchase the replacement same day. Great product. All my information transferred over, so it was an easy setup.

Very nice machine and was easy to set-up! The keyboard ink used for the letters could be better, but other than that, a nice machine!

The gentleman at Best Buy that helped me was very professional. He listened to exactly what I was looking for. The Laptop was very easy to set up and we are very happy with the speed.

The only thing im bummed about is no touch screen .i ❤️ the big 17 inch screen plus the big keypad numbers and letters.

I bought the same laptop a few years ago for my personal use. It has been very reliable and efficient during that time. So when I discovered our church Food Pantry was borrowing one of the church laptops to maintain all their records I acquired another so they could maintain all their info and records separate from church information. It will make a substantial difference in operational efficiency and confidentiality of information.

Great screen,the keyboard is really good even tho I wish it had some backlighting, and the battery life is pretty good for the size of the laptop.
