Very satisfied with this unit. I was going to buy a cheaper unit. The sales person advised me that the unit I got was faster and could do more. I’m glad I listened to him.

I saw this laptop on a Best Buy Black Friday sale at a great price, but I wasn't ready to pull the trigger. It was on a Deal of the Day in early Feb. at the same price so I jumped on it. I think I got the last one and couldn't be happier. I was able to upgrade my RAM, storage and processor from my old laptop and it's been great. Set up was relatively easy (with the help of a YouTube video) and everything is up and running. Another review had mentioned a keyboard discolor issue, but none so far. Another improvement between this and previous HP laptop is the entire SSD drive is one C drive, not split into a C and D drive, so no chance of running out of storage for apps. Very happy I pulled the trigger on this.

Just bought it a little while ago and have very simple needs from a computer but it's been easy to use, good speed, and great picture (17.3" screen) and I'm 73 with declining eyesight and am not computer savvy. Suits me beautifully!

Love this laptop. So easy to use and pretty too. I replace my desk top a couple years ago with an hp. I liked it so much, decided to get an hp laptop too.

HP - 17.3" Full HD Laptop - Intel Core i7 1355U 2023 - 16GB Memory - 1TB Extremely satisfied. Bought for student with online classes. Never a streaming problem and easy to connect. Plenty of power, memory. The display is very large easy on the eyes. My student loves it!!!!

Good Value for the Price. Met the needs of the user and configuration of Processor, Memory and SSD storage was excellent.

Top is excellent it does just what I need it. It has excellent speed comes on quickly easy to see the keyboard.

Everything runs great with the laptop. The only thing I would like to change are the keys. The keys are printed in a light color on a gray key background. Not being a typist, this makes it hard to see what the keys are slowing me down.

IT IS WONDERFUL and it works great and the geek squad did a super job transferring everything over to the new one thank you

I purchased this laptop because I like a large screen size and this fits the bill. I wanted to get one that is sturdier than the plastic one I had, and this one has an aluminum surface that appears stronger, Always a challenge when I get a new laptop. They don't make it easy to set these up as everything now needs to be verified by my phone to coordinate with Outlook and Windows, and it just take a lot of time.

Exactly what I wanted at a good price, a largeer screen and plenty of memory.

This laptop was quite an upgrade from my previous laptop. I use it for music production and it has operated flawlessly. The fact that I paid a little over $600 for it was an absolute steal.
