I purchased this HP laptop replacing an older model and I am very happy. is fast and the 17.3" screen is just what I wanted. great for the price. no complaints.

The computer itself seemed good, strong and fast. However, they took out the right control button... what I do for a living requires that I have it, and I use it continually as I work. I use the mouse with my left hand so I need the right control button to work the keyboard shortcuts. They replaced it with the copilot button which made it completely unproductive and useless for me. If you don't need the right control button, I would say go for it. It seems none of the new ones have the right control button anymore. Even though there's five ways to get to co-pilot, why they need a keyboard button for it, I have no idea. Luckily I found one that is more powerful and has the right control button, hopefully it's the last computer I ever have to buy.

Great buy and upgrade from my old PC. Upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Easy operations with more than enough memory. Key board easy to operate and a mouse is a option. This HP matches to my HP printer.

This laptop is excellent. I am very pleased with this purchase. It does everything I need. Best Buy is now the only place I purchase my electronics.

Does everything we bought it for and has plenty of memory and a big enough storage drive for all my pictures.

Laptop was ready for pickup as scheduled and ready to go out of the box. Exactly what I expected.

Overall the laptop does it's job. However the touchpad is complete trash. The left bottom corner continuously gets stuck. Which in turn causes issues while trying to use the touchpad as a mouse. Overall I blame HP's lack of quality control for this issue and will be considering other options when purchasing my next laptop.

My old computer was no longer supported. I like the key pad and it was easy to get it set up.

Good size screen, great soft touch keyboard, fast boot-up make this an excellent choice for home office use (email, internet, word processing, spreadsheets, zoom conferences and MS Team meetings).

The laptop is great for the price. Just know, it is not touch screen nor does it have a sd card port. 100% my fault for not checking. Worth the money.
