    Product is easy to use. Set up was ok. Some program transfers were problematic due to no cd disk hardware internal to the new laptop. Initial access is to signon is slower. Otherwise unit is working.

    Great laptop for what I purchased it for but I must admit, the battery life not that great. Not sure what’s advertised as the battery life but even with minimal use unplugged, I’d venture to say that max life from full to dead is 4 hours.

    Sales people were very helpful. Geek Swuad was outstanding It is extremely frustrating that a customer cannot call and be connected with the Geek Squad despite the need. That is very unhelpful.
