    Less than a month old. Mouse pad doesn't work. HP suggests returning because it's defective. Best Buy won't take it back. DO not buy HP.. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY.

    The HP laptop was a great price. I asked the associate since I had Dell docking station would there be any problems. He told me everything would work; Dell works with Dell and does not work with HP or any other. Plus, HP did not come with a charging cord.

    I bought a laptop on Dec 2 and still not received, supposed the delivery was for Dec 16 but it changed, I don't know the date of delivery yet.

    People in BestBuy were HORRIBLE to deal with. This laptop is going back, simply because I DO NOT WISH TO PURCHASE FROM BESTBUY.

    Equipment seams fine, although sales person was terrible. We left the store with computer, without setup. I need to goback to get some assistance from setup geek squad.

    Moderate price and excellant performance and speed. Display is vivid and awesome. I'm not a facbook or gamer. I use Word and Excel frequently and on line services of email and Amazon. This is my third HP laptop and I love it. My old laptop was a Windows 10 product and because It wouldn't run Windows 11 I prchased this one. I'm gald I did. Solid machine with great performance, but thats the HP legacy!
