It’s a nice laptop. Lets me get to what I need. Very satisfied with it.

Thi computer purchase has been nothing but troubvle from start to finish. first they canceled my order 2x for no reason. Then when my daughter went to pick it up they could not install the program and the Geek squad was not helpful. She had to leave the computer and then return the next week when they told her she had already picked up the computer. After several arguments they finally located it and installed the program trying to charge her 2nd time for installation.. People should learn how to do their jobs. Extremely unhappy with Lakeland treatment of us. I think your Geek Squad in lakeland is a scam. I will no longer deal wiith BestBuy

I love everything about the computer except the battery life. I purchased this tor use at home and in my class. I will have to keep it plugged in all of the time at school.

I couldnt wait to get this computer. Such a great deal with so much included. Ive had it 2 weeks and the mouse pad goes out, Its like permanently stuck and highlights EVERYTHING!! iT SUCKS. Looking to see what can be done but didnt get a warranty. Ive NEVER had a computer do this to me. :( Other than that, Its my dream computer.

Way way too heavy!! Needed a simple laptop. As a Senior Citizen who needed this for my Continuous Glucose Monitor information downloading to share with my Endocrinologist this is way too confusing and complicated.

Decent for the price, but would not work for what I bought it for.

Your basic everyday laptop. Not particularly great (or terrible) at anything.

Awful. Keyboard only works if you hit control each time you type. Volume up full blast, cannot hear from speakers. Screen is often black, have to reboot. Only had it a few months.

I will be teturning the item. The mic does not work, so zooms are out of the question.

This computer is absolutely crappy. If you're looking for quality, this is not the one to buy. I miss my window to return it, and I know I am stuck with it until I get my tax refund, and this goes in the trash can.

Stopped working after 3 months of having it , don’t have warranty so $400 down the drain

Canceled order same day I purchased and that’s been 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received my refund.. not at all happy with this company

I bought this to replace my wife's 10-year-old Win 10 HP laptop which is past due for replacement. This old HP is also a 17.3 inch model and she likes it. I've been using it temporarily as my ASUS Ryzen 7 laptop is in for repair. Amazingly, this is almost as fast as the ASUS and this was a pleasant surprise. We just use our laptops for bill paying, email, taxes, and other everyday things. IMO, this is a bargain and the Intel I3 is surprisingly fast. But, the bottom line is that she likes it and the fact that Win 11 is easier to use than Win 10. It looks good, works great, and the wife loves it. Need I say more?

Super slow booting up as well as slow speed between apps

Best laptop I ever had! This laptop has exceeded all my expectations. It’s fast, reliable, and handles everything I throw at it with ease from heavy multitasking to gaming and creative work. The build quality feels premium, the battery life is impressive, and the display is crisp and vibrant. I’ve owned several laptops over the years, but none have matched the performance and overall experience of this one. Highly recommend!

This review is related to the sales person who helped me find the computer that works best for my needs. His name is LOGAN!!! He was amazing! He was so patient with the many questions I asked, made sure I understood everything I needed to know. Also dealt with Logan when I went back to purchase the Microsoft program. Once again he went above and beyond, explaining all questions in regard to program purchased, I realize Logan is a Penn State college student and is off to college by now. Best Buy was extremely fortunate to have Logan work as an associate during his summer break from college. I know it’s rare to find a summer employee who provides outstanding customer service. Logan was absolutely amazing and I was so fortunate to have him as Best Buy’s sales associate who took care of all my questions. Logan was a huge part in my decision to move forward with Best Buy and created a confidence in returning to Best Buy for future purchases . My only great regret is that Logan will be pursuing his Penn State degree and will not be a sales associate, however, maybe I’ll connect again with him if he works at Best Buy next summer college vacation. I truly hope that Best Buy executives will reach out to Logan and express to him how much his customer service skills were acknowledged and appreciated!!
