Excellent computer and easy to use. Especially a good buy with the built in cd drive. Use for everyday financial matters and prefect size to use anywhere.

Purchased New but when I am online (facebook to be exact) the system flashes, goes black and acts as if it was resetting itself. I do not know what the problem is or had this issue on a "New" product before. Only has similar issues when a laptop I had for almost 10 years. Will take back to store and hope problem will be solved. Besides that very good product. HP is always my first choice when buying computer equipment.

Great laptop. Haven’t had any issues. Works as it should. Just sometimes wish I had purchased the touchscreen.

This has a great graphics display. The screen is also a great size so you can see your videos clearly. It's also easy to use for work programs.

So let me start off by saying this laptop is worth it. It allows for multiple different high usage applications to be used at the same time. Photoshop. Dreamweaver. Outlook. local web server. VM workstation. The only issue I have which isent a bad one I guess. Is that other slightly higher speced units go on sale at Best buy so it makes you rethink your purchase. Other that that no complaints.

After having a very old computer for so many years, this was a great purchase. Good for pretty much everything I needed it for.

Didn’t last as long as other pc’s I’ve had like Dell

This has been a great purchase. Good Quality. Monitor has excellent clarity and the screen size is perfect for home office use.

Needs two more usb ports for church cameras. Only three and drivers are not allowing any more through an adapter.

I just love this laptop. I recently went back to Windows after owning an Apple for 9 years. That was the best choice I’ve made.

Have not even opened the box the computer came in. Corona virus has prevented a visit from my tech person!

Bootup time a little slow, then when I try to change programs it is also a little slower than I would like!

After 1.5 years of habitual usage, I'm not a fan of this laptop. The processor is slow nor can you use multiple programs simultaneously; the laptop freezes requiring reboot or manual shutdown of background running processes and apps.

2nd Review Hard time linking with Microsoft , their log on restrictions are so stiff but finally got it.

Great speed for the value, graphics are clear and color is excellent. Key board works ok. Battery life is very good.

Excellent buy and very easy to set up and e. It has the power I need to run multiple applications at the same time.

I purchased this laptop originally from my local Best Buy store on 3/7/2020. Since it was not in stock, they shipped it to me. On 4/20/2020, I had to return this laptop to Best Buy due to problems with this same laptop I purchased on 3/7/2020. As I would use the laptop, the screen would turn black and then pop back to the normal screen. It was consistently doing this over and over and multiple times each time I used the laptop. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), I could not physically take the laptop back to the Peoria store so I called Best Buy number. I had to call several times. Two times, the Best Buy agent remotely took over my laptop. First time, he updated Windows and second time, I believe he replaced or updated the drivers. They may have done other stuff as well since they remote accessed my laptop. Each time, they thought they fixed the problem but they did not. The last time, the agent told me that if what he did does not work, then I would need to take laptop back and exchange it at Best Buy. The laptop kept on doing the same thing, in fact, it was getting increasingly worse ... the screen would flash to all black multiple times while I used the laptop and then many times, it would flash to black and back to normal and screen would turn black back and forth multiple times within seconds. On 4/20/2020, I then, called my local Best Buy store and they had me come to their front door. I returned the laptop I had purchased back in beginning of March and the Best Buy staff ordered an exchange (the same laptop) for me. I have yet to receive that new laptop in the mail. I hope the same problem or another problem(s) does not occur.

Good basic laptop to get what you need done. Nothing really fancy about it.
