This has been such a great computer. I have a hearing issue and even though I have hearing aids other computers did not work for me. The speakers in this computer are so clear and the volume levels are great. I can even hear without my hearing aids in. Thank you

I love this laptop it works great and the price was perfect for me I can honestly say this was good purchase. If you love Sims 4 or the previous versions you can play it on this laptop and it runs great. It is a great computer for college students.

Nice computer for the price. Not a Mac but half the price so you get what you pay for. Build quality feels very cheap but the processor is pretty quick. Computer loads software and webpages very snappy. So far i haven’t had any problems and it hasn’t crashed. Overall decent computer for $600.

I am usually a Apple guy. I usually only use windows based computers at work. This one is exceptionally well designed. We bought for my 10 year old since he is now doing virtual school like most children. I'm nod with specs but I can assure you this will be a better investment than a bargin priced laptop.

I caught this thing on sale. Totally and completely happy with my purchase. That R7 is fast and the graphic card does what I need and has plenty of ram to do more. AutoCAD on a laptop has never been so good. Faster than some of the i5 & i7 PCs at the office. Streams Netflix just fine.

This laptop is really great. The screen is awesome, the graphics run on the latest Radeon driver set. I upgraded the HDD with an SSD, and it was relatively easy to tear down and put back together. Excellent product!

I am still trying to get use to the new technology since my old computer. There is so much going on that it is hard to keep up with. The process to transfer photos is great now that I figured that out. Still haven’t deleted old photos from phone yet. But it is coming.

With COVID 19 pandemic and the cessation of most in person communication. It was on sale. Storage capacity was superb. Worked well for virtual conferences. After purchase but before pickup, price dropped. Bestbuy honored the lower price. GREAT BUSINESS SENSE.

So this was great when I first got it, however, it quickly developed glitches that I haven't been able to solve. I'm fairly computer savvy, I have friends even more so and I know my way around the internet enough to get help. It has a huge issue with using up the DISK when starting up, even after disabling everything you possibly can on startup. Once it's up and running it's fine, but I dread updates and restarts due to the slowness of the boot up. My brother in laws 5+ years old computer boots up faster. I did get it while it was on discount and I wonder if it was buggy and that's why it was discounted.

I use a iPad most of the time. There are certain things I need a standard computer for, but could not use a chrome book or windows S. This computer was on sale and had the built in CD/DVD player. So far, it has exceeded my expectations and set up was simple.

I needed a new computer for personal use and school and this laptop of OK. I feel it is a bit slower than my old Toshiba laptop with has a I3 processor and same memory. I wish I had gotten a I7 in an HP then I would be happier than this somewhat slow computer.

The only reason it's four stars is because I got mine geek squad certified so not brand new but the second best thing, and just every once in awhile it does like a screen flicker, so besides that it's actually a great computer.

The combination of the powerful AMD processor and large 16GB of RAM along with the Radeon graphics video made this laptop an excellent value. The 1 TB hard drive is huge however a bit slow, replacing it with an SSD drive would make this laptop blazing fast.

Easy set up and good speed, which is what I was looking for. The laptop is large, but overall pretty lightweight. The only feature I miss is the background keyboard light. Other than that this was a great investment!

Great laptop for our family, easy to use, a little heavy but it was expected based on product specifications and other buyers’ comments. This Isn’t a big deal for us since it will primary sit on our desk for family use.

I trust HP brand as a good quality computers, the 17" display is great. Only thing I would change is the appearance of the computer, it looks like a black box, so to the eyes it's not beautiful.
