Computer does not meet expectations. Too slow

Best Buy staff either could not or w ould not help me with purchasing memory upgrade. Computer department staff referred me to geek staff who then wanted me to come back on another day. I instead went to Stapes to get assistance purchasing memory.

Cheap build quality
