I first ordered a Dell which I liked, but when I saw the hp I changed my mind. No real reason, just replacing an hp! Thanks for the easy exchange. My family is a Best Buy family.

I love my HP 17.3" Laptop. I use it in my business and it is so convenient for me to take it to my clients home and get on the internet.

Work laptop. My wife is very particular about her laptops and this fit the bill to make her happy!

I like the screen size, but takes a while to start up and runs slow. Not too impressed with it, but for the $ I paid, it’s not bad.

For general computing and internet the product suits my needs. It does lag and has a slow start up. This surprised me, especially since there isn't anything loaded on it yet.

Those guys were incredibly nice and extremely helpful. We’ve purchased our last 3 computers there and I love the Geek service warranty. We always add that in. It’s a must!!!

This computer is great for everyday use. I take care of all of my accounts with ease. My grandchildren get on it with ease and are able to play games and do homework on it

This product fits my needs - and the geek squad helped with programs that I needed - a good product for an amateur. I use for my personal records and email, and letters.

We picked this up just for gaming on the road. It took a little time to figure out the settings and keys. I like the full keyboard, includes numeric keys to the right.

I am having trouble with the New Windows program. It is not as user friendly for me to use as my old system. If I was more tech savvy it probably wouldn’t be a problem.

This one of the best inventions of hp in terms of aesthetic,portability and functionality.I have no regrets so far buying this.The keypad well lit and responsive.

This replaced a HP which is about 8 years old. We like the larger screen and upgrades to operating system. It is more than adequate for home use for 2 seniors.

Got this computer for my husband for Christmas. He loves it. Only thing is it is not a dual band computer. The salesperson told me it was, very disappointed.
