Wonderful running laptop

Said this was a common issue. After reinstalled system been perfect since. Noted on reviewing before purchasing that others had similar experience. You may want to have store do for you.

More than needed

Comes in handy for listening to music while I figure out how to use my first laptop. The unit is way more than needed, and is only limited by slow response on my internet connection (My landlord provides the service and doesn't want to upgrade her 10 year old router). Looking forward to finding suitable applications for all the HP's capabitities.
