I bought this for my son as a birthday present. He and I picked it out based on our requirements and the sales person's help. He is very pleased with it. He uses it for work and play. The computer has a good assortment of features and power for the price.

This is great laptop for Students and gamers. Large Hard Drive and great memory. Lots of room for Photos and programs. It has Windows 10. Great Screen which is bright and clear. Would buy again because it has what I want and need. GREAT BUY.

I needed a small computer that would work well with a wifi set-up on the 2nd floor of my home. This computer fit the bill and I am very pleased with the clarity of the screen and basic functions of this electronic gear. HP has been, overall, a sound investment for me.

Great laptop for everyday use. I use it mostly for school work but it can easily run videos and movies too. I enjoy the added DVD-R driver because I like to watch movies as well. 4 starts only because it has crashed out of some things.

I picked this up as a replacement for an older laptop and it is quite an upgrade. It works great for all of my simple tasks and I imagine it wouldn't have a problem handling most jobs except for the extreme video editing and gaming applications.

I bought this for work and did not want to spend alot of money. This is better than expected and works fast. Picture is good and it is easy to use.

I bought this and a Solid-State hard drive at the same time. I never even turned it on. Ripped out the stock hard drive and put an SSD into it. Works awesome now. Gets 3 starts because the price of better components is falling faster then the price of complete laptops. this should have been $349 at best, I think I paid $450

Got this for my husband and it is perfect for his use, runs quite fast and the screen is just right in size. I would definitely recommend this computer to anyone looking for fast, simple, light to carry and for all around uses !!!

This is the second laptop that I have purchased from Best Buy. I know that it is a good purchase because the salesperson was able to answer any question that I asked in very simple terms. I am very pleased with the purchase.

I bought this computer mostly to pay bills, complete online ordering, and play my hidden object games. So far everything has been flawless. Wish it had touch screen, but other than that this is a solid laptop for the price.

Only owned this for a month but it is all I wanted in a laptop. The only thing I dislike is that the keys are very sensitive and I tend to have heavy fingers. I am still trying to see if I can adjust them some way.

There’s a lag. This is my first new laptop in 14 years so I was expecting a HUGE improvement. I went from a 2005 I5 processor to a 2019 I5 (8th generation) and it seems slower than my old one. Otherwise I love it. The lag is very annoying.

This laptop replaced my older much more expensive laptop. I downsized to lose a lot of the unneeded programs and apps. Thus far it has kept up with my standard mobile work as a teacher and the cost was easy on my budget.

old pc died, getting used to new HP laptop. lost a lot of data on the transfer from the old laptop to the new one. still learning how to use the HP. at least the new HP is much faster.

This keyboard minimizes open areas around the keys, allowing much less opportunity for particulate to fall into the internal areas. This computer has a 1T processor which means searches are done lightening fast.

This Laptop replaced one that was six years old and is a big improvement over the last HP. Taking a bit to get used to the new keyboard but getting better with the spacing on it. Would recommend this Laptop.

If you re looking for a good quality laptop this is the one , my wife broke the screen so I’m thinking to bring it back to Best Buy to get it fix . Actually I purchased this laptop in 2012

I am loving my new laptop. It’s just what I need. I mainly use it to watch movies, listen to my music and occasionally surf the web. I like the optical drive as I am old school and still have almost 1,000 CDs.

I finally moved to Windows 10 and found that the migration was not as difficult as I had been used to for Windows and applications. The machine is a bit faster than my old i5 desktop, has more RAM and abundant disk storage.

I like my new laptop. I thought it had a touch screen, but it doesn't. My previous laptop had a touch screen and I find myself trying to move the screen with my finger. I just need to get used to not having that feature.
