I have had HP computers since 1998 and always relied on them. They are the BEST! This one is a step above and I'm still learning but it is great! I keep finding new aspects to it and that is fun!

I originally purchased this computer for my coding class, but I love it as just a normal laptop. It doesn't lag, it connects very quickly to wifi, I watch YouTube and movies and it works very well.

I've owned this computer for almost two months and all seems well. I chose this model because I had a similar HP laptop in the past and was pleased with it. So far, I've not been disappointed

I needed a laptop with an optical drive without breaking the bank. This suits my needs and meets my budget. Can be a teeny bit slow sometimes when I open multiple applications. But overall, I'm satisfied with it.

I purchased this product for the onboard DVD player. And to upgrade my old laptop which had died. It seems to be slower than I was expecting however it is functioning perfectly and doing what I need it to do.

I wanted an i5 core, 8GB Memory, 1TB hard drive and full Microsoft 10 operating system. This seems like the least exoensive model that meets those requirements. I have been well satisfied with this unit.

couldn't get e-mail on this unit. When I got this I did get e-mail but had done something to it and didn't know what. With the help of windows I figured it out by myself. Easy, considering I'm a new user.

The HP laptop I recently purschased for my granddaughter has been a great help in her being able to continue working her job from home. Thank you to Best Buy for offering such good products.

I bought this laptop for some contracting work. For the price it was a great choice. I was definitely drawn toward the large hard drive, and the 17 inch screen. However, it is a little slow gigs of memory.

Very fast processing of graphics intensive programs, 17.3" display, responsive touch pad, excellent reliability. Our company has purchased about 100 and have never sent one back to Best Buy or HP.

My wife's laptop died and she needed a new one. We had a tight budget so we bought this laptop. It doesn't have a touchscreen or SAD otherwise I think it's a solid laptop with decent performance.

I replaced a HP laptop because of a broken hinge. This model has a completely different hinge so I don't expect I'll have a problem. I have absolutely no cons with this purchase.

This model works great for me. I use it to do lesson plans and surf the Internet for teaching resources. Plus love watching Netflix on it with the wide screen which is a plus.

I OWNED A MODEL VERY SIMILAR TO THIS ONE BEFORE, BUT MY NEW ONE IS FANTASTIC! IT ACTUALLY HAS BIGGER LETTERS & NUMBERS FOR PEOPLE THAT HAVE A HARD TIME SEEING. PERFECT FOR ME.

The computer functions great, use Ethernet if available, just runs smoother that way. Good picture quality, excellent speakers. The only negative would be no backlit keyboard.

Had an older HP Desktop and needed to upgrade to Windows 10 and decided this time to get a HP laptop. I like the HPs and this one seems to meet my needs and is easy to operate.

Great laptop used for both personal and business use. very easily carried around as needed.

Flexibility as to where to use is excellent. Hard to get used to keyboard, but I am used to using a desktop computer. I am getting used to it more easily than I thought.
