Kind of rethinking this purchase. Had a few problems with this computer since the purchase. Keeps shutting down on me. For the price, um...I don't think there should be any problems.

Good, versatile, fast tool, and pleased with the performance. The optical drive is a little noisy when inserting and during the initial reading of disk, but I don't think it's problematic.

Has been great the last few years, got tons of projects done during the pandemic after upgrading the RAM in this!

I like the computer very much. It is easy to use and small enough to fit in my suitcase the letters are large enough to be easy to use and not hit two at a time.

The faults may not be with the laptop, but with me. Things are often very confusing and there seem to be more passwords and even ids vary so much they reach to level of passwords.

The HP I purchased is a solid across the board pick-up, giving me exactly what I need to home and home office functionality. I recommend it to anyone with a multi-functional life.

My old laptop died one day...went to Best Buy and found this on sale which is very similar to my previous one. I loved the old one and now I love the new version.

The laptop is great for my purposes. However some of the programs I need for work will not load. This is an ongoing issue that is being addressed with not much success so far.

Third computer, first laptop- still working my way around all the symbols, the clarity of the screen is amazing. I wish I could make the type larger overall.

Bought this sight unseen when our old Samsung was accidentally dropped. Computer is very nice but is much heavier than our old one. Not a deal breaker but is a small hindrance.

This laptop was picked by my nephew who found it while shopping for a personal laptop. Although It has only 8G Ram all other specs turned to be very good option for his budget.

Nice full sized laptop with full sized keyboard and number pad. It was easy to setup and is not too heavy for its size. The display is okay, good enough for a work computer.

This laptop is my second purchase and was for my wife. I already have the same. Got it as a return item. Still in box and looked new. Couldn't beat the price. Had to have it.

I use this laptop as my toolbox for whatever it is I'm doing. So far it has done a great job, I do work on the internet, Office, work with photos and music. I'm pleased.

Wasn’t for me. Only because I couldn’t play online games with it. Otherwise, it’s probably a good laptop
