The computer is great, also the word program is very helpful. the represents that attended at store was very helpful and cooperative and competitive.

I bought this laptop for my college student and it is working great for her, and allows her to do her art and animation design work, papers, etc.

No real problems. Adequate for my purposes. Use primarily for banking and e-mail. I do wish that HP would stop with the popups trying to sell me updated drivers.

Bought this to replace Lenova Thinkpad work machine, that I had to turn in. Manly used for pictures and Excel spreadsheet work. Very pleased with this laptop.
