We bought this for our son who started college this fall. He loves it. He said it runs faster than the machines in his computer labs.

I had to upgrade my computer. I didn't realize how complicated and easy windows 10 is. I like the phone sync. It is easy to use. I am enjoying it so far

it works for everything I need, only downfall is the camera. it doesn't take the best quality pictures. they come out quite blurry.

I am happy with this product I purchased. It is very fast at loading and I couldn’t have asked for a better computer to do my work!

So far seems to do the job. Replacing a laptop from 2010 so a big step up. Still not blazing fast but runs adobe premier without to much lag time.

so far my computer works like a champ , I have no complaints. fulfills all my school needs.

We purchased this laptop to replace our older model, this had all the features we wanted and so far seems to be working fine!!!

Longer battery life than my previous one. Just the right screen size. Geek Squad transfered all of my data from my old computer.

Works great. Does what I need it to do. Only down fall is you can’t remove the battery.

This laptop does everything I wanted it to do. The battery lasts "forever" (stays at 100%) when not in use and not plugged in.

Great professional service and helped with all the questions we had with the greatest of ease. Made me feel very comfortable.

Set up was a breeze. The hardware seems less than durable (fragile). I would not recommend for children nor if you plan to use it on-the-go.

This is a good laptop for everyday use. I would suggest this for daily processing, but not heavy gaming.

This laptop computer was a birthday present for my brother. He got so much happy when I gave it to him.

After a month or so, I had to spend several days with tech support with 3 companies to resolve the problem. Seems to be doing okay for now.

Didn’t gave me any trouble. Easy to connect and longer battery life. This is a reliable laptop and it’s highly recommended.

This HP meets the need for my various jobs. Both memory and hard drive space are very adequate and a good deal for the price.
