    The only complaint I have is that it is slow when starting it up. It seems to take forever to load chrome and other programs or games. Once everything is up then I usually have no issues. But if your in a hurry to do something and you have to start it up you will be waiting a long time.

    Unit works however it is heavy and the keyboard is not back lit. I was unaware of this when i purchased the item...my problem. The unit does work and the screen is quite eASY to see
