I bought this laptop to replace a 7+ year old HP laptop that has been a great machine. Obviously this is much faster than the old machine and I have been very pleased so far. The only complaint I have at this point is that the build quality does not seem to be as good as the 7 year old.

This computer downloads very quickly at the price of draining the battery which will not give a time estimate. Timed 4.5 hours on battery saver. Thankfully charges quickly. Hopefully this isn't going to be a bad issue down the road. Graphics are good as well but took a bit to set up

This is the best laptop we’ve had. Super large screen and very sensitive on the mousepad. Keypad is nice to the touch and we all love the graphics. Bright... not very loud on the speakers like my Asus is.. but.. Bluetooth cures all of that... love this HP laptop!!

This laptop is really good for basic use. I bought it for my mom and she uses Quickbooks and Excel rather heavily for her bookkeeping job. It works really well. She just opens it up and hooks it up to a second monitor. The screen is the perfect size for her.

Computer has okay memory and processing system is fast enough to get small business projects completed. IF you are wanting to run a company get a larger memory and faster processor. For the price it was a reasonable choice.

I just have to start out with how amazing this laptop is. It does everything I need effortlessly, and without complaint. Great setup by the Geek Squad. Would recommend having them do the work. This computer has everything I need for school and play.

It has been a small struggle to get through Windows 10 operations, but I am conquering it, day by day. The lap top is fantastic!

Big, clear screen, helpfully large letter keys, quick video card...only thing I don’t really like about it is the outer plastic portions of the top and the plastic piece around the outside of the keyboard feel like cheap material was used on the body of the laptop itself.

I personally am a college student at ODU and this computer has made class work a breeze with no stuttering in between tabs. Runs some of my personal pass time computer games to play such as rim world and banished which I also have a few mods installed for both games. I highly recommend this to any college student or any casual computer video game player that is looking for a new pc.

It is a good laptop that works well. Perfect for my daily needs. I would definitely recommend this laptop for daily use , the memory is resonable and hard dirve is 1TB which is more than enough. The size is 17 inch screeen which is also a plus.

This hp laptop meets my needs. The screen is large, easy to see in multiple lighting situations, and the keyboard convenient to use, especially the numeric keys. Battery life is excellent.

after dealing with another laptop for 5 years was time to get a new one, was afraid of a bunch of changes as we know a lot of people hate change :-) the computer was as close to what we had and works so much faster and it's very well received

Works great and no problems using my previous software on it. Has a CD/DVD player which you don't find on laptops very often any more. No caveats so far and the price was very reasonable. I would have no problem recommending this computer!

As I stated above, I am still trying to figure out everything that this computer can give me, but it's GREAT so far! It's fast, the color is amazing and the APPS SEEM TO BE ENDLESS. I can't wait to find out all that I can get from it!

Computer purchased to replace previous laptop computer. It meets all our needs and more. Easy to use, lightweight and keys work great. It would be nice if the keyboard were backlit, but not mandatory. Great computer for current useage.

Had to get new laptop and this one met my needs. Like it except that I hated to upgrade to Windows 10, as half of my software I use and even some hardware has to be replaced or I can not use it with Windows 10. Computer is fast and has CD/DVD drive which was a major plus. Would recommend this one for business or personal use. Not a game player, so can't make any statements about that use of this laptop. My last HP laptop lasted over 10 years including being knocked off my desk by my cat. This is my 8th total HP computer or laptop product. Recommend HP highly.

It’s a great and affordable laptop. I’m not a huge gamer, but I was search for a laptop where I could at least play The Sims 4 and use it for small work files. Its been doing well so far. Better than I expected to be honest. :)

This laptop has a big screen yet it is still thin and not too heavy. The specs are not bad given the price. I got the student price for $400 which made it a very good deal in my opinion. Fulfills all browsing and basic computer needs very well.

First of all I would like to say, For the price that was paid for laptop was good deal We got this for my daughter for college,which she be starting this aug.She has it already set up to use Very happy. Would buy again.

Was looking for a reasonably priced laptop within my budget and I hit the jackpot. Had everything I wanted and was just the right sized screen. Only wish I had bought another one for my younger son. Would recommend!
