The hinges that holds keyboard and screen together broke within 13 months of gentle use. The screen and body felt very plasticky. The battery also stopped working around the same time. One good thing is it still works, performance is good. But became unusable because of the hardware issues.

I had been accustomed to using Acer products. This was my first HP laptop. The computer is pretty fast, I am sure it would be faster if we had a different internet service. I really like the page up and down buttons and also the home button. I only wish it had back-lit keys and the power button was lit up. I also wish the status lights were on the front like the Acer. Overall I am very satisfied.

It's a 17inch laptop so I bought it for using it at home. It's fast enough to do internet, streaming, and word.

It's a pc. It works. The reason I purchased this particular model is because I prefer a larger screen. Everything looks great, it's quiet and for its size, I find it very light. It took some getting used to, as any new pc will, and I feel that for what I use it for, the price was right. It's a decent overall pc.

I bought this laptop to replace my previous HP laptop. Primary use is for work. It is great for that. If I were looking for something to use for gaming or watching movies, this is not your laptop. I am an accountant, and this is great for my needs. Takes about one minute to load everything when you first turn it on, but after that it is very quick between apps or programs.

I love this laptop. After years owning a desktop this is our first laptop. I love it's portability and easy to use and save things. The screen is large enough to see what you are working on but still small enough to see around. It loads pages quickly, has lots of storage space and allows me to work on projects no matter what my location. It's thin and light design makes it very easy to carry when on the go. The battery life is great too.
