Good computer but dislike Windows 10

Unlike the operating systems before, 10 is tough to get used to and use. The computer is great though. No problems so far and made this purchase trusting the reputation of Intel Processors and the HP brand. Just wish Windows 10 wasn't such a departure from the past formats.

Also didn't want to spend a lot. This has been an awesome laptop for my family. I watch a lot of TV by connecting it to my TV thru hdmi. It loads really fast when I turn it on and it stays on for hours and never runs hot. I love this laptop and I'm very satisfied with my purchase

Great bang for your buck laptop!

Like me you will probably want to upgrade the 5400 rpm HDD with an SSD. When you do this thing flys. Only thing I'm missing an surprised it doesn't have is bluetooth. This has got to be the only laptop I've ever seen that doesn't have bluetooth.

Like the large screen and the speed of windows 10

This computer has a much larger hard drive and windows 10 is very fast. Like that I can load pictures directly from my camera memory card. Set up went well. Unfortunately my older printer was not compatible with windows 10 so will need a new printer.

It's great but battery dies fast

Nice upgrade from my old one

Having it Energy Star-certified is a plus. No complaints here. It's functional and efficient for my usage at home.
